MORRIS PLAINS - A few dozen kids, and kids at heart, lined the bank of the small pond at Watnong Park to see if they could haul out the first, biggest, or rarest of trout. The Saturday morning event on May 11 was a Morris Plains annual tradition known as "Uncle Frank's Trout Fishing Contest."
